I really like your questions. There is a transcendental meditation (TM) center in the financial district in manhattan. When I took the TM course by the organization, the cost was about $2000 less than it is now! If you are ever able to afford the class, I highly recommend it. My parents gave me the course a present, so I had to attend. I was really skeptical and I decided to share my thoughts with the instructor. She told me that the meditation work with or without belief, and of course, I didn’t believe her. But I actually did get a lot out of it. Good luck with your journey!
